We caught up with track & field coach Steve Gulley to recap the shortened 2020 season.
 
The outdoor campaign never got off the ground, but Tula's overall track & cross-country program saw much success.
 
In the fall, the cross-country teams swept the American Athletic Conference Championships, while the men won the Midwest Regional and finished 5th at the NCAA Championships. The women's team also had school-record finishes of 2nd place at the Midwest Region and 25th at the NCAA Championships.
 
Patrick Dever (3,000m) for the men and Carsyn Spurgeon (long jump) on the women's side won AAC Indoor Track titles. The Tulsa men garnered 4th place in the 8-team field, while the women's team placed 11th.
