The Tulsa women's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision at UCF on Sunday afternoon at the UCF Soccer and Track Complex in Orlando, Fla. The Golden Hurricane fell to 6-7-1 on the season and 1-4 in American Athletic Conference play, while the Knights moved to 6-5-1 overall and 1-3-1 in the league.

Sanja Homann put the Knights on the board with just 51 seconds ticked off the clock off a combination from Ellie Moreno and Kristen Scott, and the Knights took that 1-0 advantage into the break.

Scott gave UCF a two-goal cushion at the 58:00 mark with Moreno and Darya Rajaee earning assists, and then Moreno added a score in the 68^th minute for a 3-0 UCF win.

UCF had a 15-7 lead in shots, including a 7-4 advantage in shots on goal, and a 5-4 edge in corner kicks.

Seven different players had one shot attempt for Tulsa, while Emma Malsy logged all 90 minutes in goal and picked up four saves.

Tulsa will return to action on Sunday, October 17 against East Carolina beginning at 12:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.
