Tulsa’s Rooks Hunter Named NCAA Division I Academic All-American

Tulsa men's soccer player Rooks Hunter was named to the 2021 Academic All-America Division I men's soccer team selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).
Hunter was eligible for the honor after he picked up CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 honors earlier this season.
Hunter, a senior defender from Coppell, Texas, maintains a 3.96 GPA while working towards his master's degree in business. He played in 13 games, recorded two assists for two points and helped TU record nine shutouts on the season.
Hunter is the program's 10th Academic All-America honoree and 36th Academic All-District selection.
