A LOOK AHEAD - ECU
• For the second time this season, the Hurricane travel for an American Athletic Conference series ... TU travels to Greenville, N.C. to take on the ECU Pirates, April 23-25, for a 4-game series.
• Tulsa will take on the Pirates Friday, April 23 at 1:00 p.m and 3:30 p.m CT ... Saturday, April 24 at 1:00 p.m. CT ... the series finale will take place on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. CT.

• Hurricane third baseman, Alexis Perry, wrote her name in the TU record books on April 18, 2021 against the Memphis Tigers.
• In the first game of the double header, the senior drove in a TU single-game high of 7 runners ... the record of 6 happened 6 times previously in TU history.
• Perry began the offensive onslaught by sending a grand slam blast over the left field wall ... she then drove in two on a double down the right field fence ... the OKC native finished the day with a single to left giving her 7 RBIs.
RESPECT IS EARNED
• After competing in 2-of-4 games against the Tigers, Alexis Perry was named American Athletic Conference Player of the Week..
• The third baseman ended the weekend going 4-6 with 2 doubles, a grand slam and 9 runs batted in.
• For the second week in a row, Samantha Pochop was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll ... the junior threw 8.1 innings, allowing one unearned run while picking up her 7th win and first save of the season..
THE BALL MAGNET
• Getting hits and drawing walks are not the only way a player can help their team by getting on base ... Haley Morgan has given up her body multiple times this season, using hit by pitches to get on base.
• After the Memphis series, Morgan has tied TU's single-season hit by pitch record of 15 ... she has 16 career HBPs in her two seasons ... the career record at Tulsa is 24 set by Jessie Smith from 1999-02.
• Morgan is first on the team with 15 of TU's 25 HBPs ... the center fielder is 6th in the country in HBP per game with 0.48.
• The freshman leads the American Athletic Conference in the category, being one of only three player with 10 or more HBPs.
