GAME THEME:
"TULSA THANKS" Game. This game is a 'thank you' to the frontline workers (doctors & nurses), first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMT) and educators (professors & teachers) in the northeastern Oklahoma community.
PRE-GAME FESTIVITIES ON CHAPMAN COMMONS:
Tailgating, inflatables and the beer garden will open three hours before kick
(3:30 pm) on Chapman Commons. Live music by Oklahoma Country artist Trett Charles begins at 4 pm. The Golden Hurricane Club and Alumni Tailgate Tents will also open at 4 pm.
TAILGATE RENT-A-SPOT:
Tailgaters have the option to "rent-a-spot" on Chapman Commons and bring their own tailgating supplies to a designated area. For $100, fans can bring their own tent (and other supplies), drop them off on Chapman Commons, and get a premier parking spot near the tailgating area.
MASK/ FACE COVERING RECOMMENDED:
Face coverings (over the nose and mouth) for guests 10 and older are recommended inside of H.A. Chapman Stadium.
REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE
Fans who need any assistance, have questions, or need to report anyone not following proper stadium polices can scan the QR Code on their seat and use the incident reporting module to report their incident to our staff.
PARKING:
Many on-campus parking lots on game days are reserved for Golden Hurricane Club members. Please contact ghc@utulsa.edu for parking options and donations. For 2021, paid parking losts on campus are available at the Keplinger Lot located at 4th and Harvard just north of the TU College of Law.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/OTHER VISITORS:
Season Ticket Holders and other visitors to the stadium are requested to enter through Gates 1, 1A, 2, 3, 5, 6A & 7.
WILL CALL:
TU Player Pass Will Call is at Gate 2 on the northwest side of the stadium. Visiting Team Will Call /Tulsa Spirit Team Will Call is located at Gate 1A on the southwest corner of the stadium. Visiting Team will call is located at gate 6 on the northeast side of the stadium.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
The University of Tulsa enforces a Clear Bag Policy for all home football events. The following items are prohibited in H.A. Chapman Stadium: bags larger than 12"x6"x12", firearms or weapons of any type, camcorders, umbrellas, folding chairs, outside food and beverages, alcoholic beverages, thermos jugs and ice chests. Artificial noisemakers of any kind are prohibited. Use of any tobacco product (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all seating areas, restrooms, elevators, press box levels and on the field. Heightened security measures are in effect. Bag and purse checks will occur prior to entering the stadium.
HANDICAP:
Special entrances are provided at Gates 1, 1A, 6A and 7 for those guests with special needs and disabilities. Handicap Parking is available in the south corner of the Lorton Village Parking Lot, west of the stadium. These spaces are reserved strictly for those vehicles displaying a valid Handicap Parking Permit. Handicap seating is available on the west side of the stadium in Sections 114-117, 109, 110, Section 113 on the south side, and Sections 105-108 on the east side of the stadium. Contact the TU Athletic Ticket Office at 918.631.4688 for tickets in the handicap seating areas.
RE-ENTRY POLICY:
No Re-ENTRY.
EMERGENCIES:
A first aid station is located in the southwest corner of H.A. Chapman Stadium. EMSA is present during each game. If an emergency arises, ask the nearest usher for assistance. The emergency phone number for H.A. Chapman Stadium is 918.631.3664.
TELEPHONES:
There are no public pay phones located in H.A. Chapman Stadium.
ATM:
There are no ATMs located within H.A. Chapman Stadium. The University of Tulsa encourages contactless transactions.
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM:
The PA system is intended primarily for spectators' information concerning the game. Please do not request use of the PA system to make social contacts.
RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are located underneath the stands on the east side of H.A. Chapman Stadium. On the west side, restrooms can be located next to the concession stands in Thomas Plaza.
LOST & FOUND:
Lost and found items can be dropped off and claimed at the Security Command Post on the west side of the stadium, north of the Thomas A. Johnston Atrium, under the stands behind Section 116.
CONCESSION STANDS:
Concession stands and food vendors are located throughout the stadium. Main concession areas include underneath the east and west sides of the stadium.
FIELD REGULATIONS/PRESS BOX:
No person is permitted on the playing field, before, during, or after the game without proper credentials as issued by The University of Tulsa Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. Press Box access is strictly prohibited without proper credential.
SECURITY COMMAND POST:
Requests for assistance should be directed to the ushers located throughout the stadium, or to the Security Command Post (located under the west stands).
