TALLAHASSEE, FLA. –– Tulsa's record-setting receiver Keylon Stokes was named one of 12 semifinalists for The Biletnikoff Award, it was announced today by The Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc., the Florida-based creator and sponsor of the prestigious award.
The Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to college football's most outstanding receiver, regardless of position. Any player –– wide receiver, tight end, slot back, and running back –– who catches a pass is eligible for the award.
Stokes, a 5'10" senior, became Tulsa's all-time leading receiver this year, breaking a 57-year-old school record that was held by the 1965 Heisman Trophy runner-up Howard Twilley. Stokes now has caught 235 career passes for 3,727 yards and 18 touchdowns in 57 career games.
He ranks second on the American Athletic Conference's all-time list for receiving yards and is the league's career leader for all-purpose yards with 5,415 yards. Stokes has 14 career 100-yard receiving games, including seven this season.
Stokes is just the sixth player in school history to record two 1,000-yard receiving seasons in their careers. He has caught 69 passes for 1,177 yards for the 11th best receiving season in school history. Stokes is ranked fourth in the FBS this season for receiving yards and receiving yards per game and is 16th for receptions per game.

The ACC, Big 10, Big 12 and the SEC were represented by two semifinalists, while the 2021 Biletnikoff Award winner, USC's Jordan Addison, is the Pac 12's only semfinalist.
