The Tulsa women's soccer team battled UTSA to a 0-0 tie on Thursday night at the Hurricane Soccer Stadium. The Golden Hurricane moved to 2-6-1 on the season and 0-0-1 in American Athletic Conference play, while the Roadrunners moved to 5-2-2 overall and 0-0-1 in the league.
"Anytime you get a point in a conference game it is a big deal," Head Coach Jim Rhein said. "Now that we started to turn things around, having three-straight games without conceding any goals, it has been a big confidence booster for the girls."
Tulsa will return to action on Sunday, September 17 against Kansas City beginning at 1:00 pm at the Hurricane Stadium.
