Today, we look at Track All-American Alex Becker …

Alex Becker
Cross Country/Track & Field, 2005-10
 
A 12-time letterwinner, Alex Becker was a six-time All-American, winning honors in cross country once, as well as for indoor and outdoor track. For indoor, she was an All-America performer in both the 3,000-meters and 5,000m, while earning the award twice in the 10,000m and once in the 5,000m during the outdoor season.
 
Becker was an eight-time Conference USA individual champion and 16-time all-C-USA performer. She was named the 2007 C-USA Female Athlete of the Year in cross country, indoor and outdoor track. Becker still holds six school records.
 
Off the track, Becker earned second-team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America honors during the 2010 season, was and Academic All-District selection in 2007 and 2010 and was a four-time C-USA All-Academic Team member.
