CARLSBAD, Calif. –– Tulsa sophomore Grace Kilcrease advanced to the final round of NCAA Championship stroke play as the top individual finisher among the 15 teams that did not advance to today's final 18 holes.

Kilcrease carded a final round 77 Monday to finish the NCAA event in 34th place with a 7-over par 72-hole total at the La Costa Champions Course in Carlsbad, California. She totaled rounds of 76-71-71-77 for her 295 total.

Kilcrease's top-35 performance was the best NCAA finish for a Tulsa golfer since four-time All-American Stacy Prammanasudh completed the 2002 NCAA Championship in 13th place.

Texas A&M's Adela Cernousek claimed the NCAA individual medalist title with a 12-under par 276 total score. The eight teams that advanced to the match-play rounds that will determine the national team champion were Stanford, LSU, Texas A&M, Southern Cal, Clemson, UCLA, Oregon and Auburn.
