TU GIVING DAY is your opportunity to invest in our student-athletes, world-class research, community programs, and TU's bright future! Join us as we give, share, and celebrate all things TU on April 8th.
There are a number of ways in which your gift on TU GIVING DAY can add even more monetary value through the "Power Hour" Challenge, as well as matching gifts from Robert (TU Class of 1984) and Denise Bodily for the Case Fund, Jim (TU Class of 1966) and Judy (TU Class of 1967) Miller for the Champions Fund, Calvin Moniz (TU Class of 2006) for the Champions Fund, and Christie and Kyle Morris for Women's Rowing.

Power Hours!
There will be three different "Power Hours" that will be awarding $1,000 to the department that brings in the most gifts in each of these "Power Hours".
Three "Power Hours" challenges on Tuesday:
Early Bird Challenge: The designation with the most gifts between 7-9 a.m. CST on April 8 will receive an additional $1,000 from Vice President James Corey.
Happy Hour Challenge: The designation with the most gifts between 4-6 p.m. CST on April 8 will receive an additional $1,000 from Provost George Justice.
Night Owl Challenge: The designation with the most gifts between 10 p.m.- 11:59 p.m. CST on April 8 will receive an additional $1,000 from Provost George Justice.
This year, TU Athletics will be highlighting two areas of importance for our student-athletes and department.
1. The Champions Fund – The annual fund that helps support TU Athletics and its student-athletes with the rising cost associated with operating a competitive Collegiate Division 1 Athletics Program. Our mission is to help provide the 400+ TU Student-Athletes a world class experience in the classroom, on the fields of play, and in our communities.

2. The Case Fund – The Case Fund is a part of Tulsa Athletics and the Golden Hurricane Champions Fund's ongoing commitment to invest in the academic support of TU student-athlete and to continue to support a competitive program. This fund is made possible by the generous support of TU contributor Mike Case, who makes a matching gift each year to the fund.

The total dollars raised for athletics on TU Giving Day 2024 was $543,525 from 608 gifts. Last year's effort supported the Golden Hurricane Champions Fund and the Case Fund. A total of $420,863 was raised for the Champions Fund and $122,862 went to the Case Fund.
We hope you will consider renewing your Champions Fund Gift or joining the Champions Fund for the first time. Any gift, no matter the size will help go towards our amazing student-athletes and help us build Champions here at The University of Tulsa!
