OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets.

Placed third in the 1500m at the Drake Relays with a time of 3:44.94.
Received all-conference honors for his second-place performance in the AAC Championship 1500m run, with a personal best time of 3:43.56.

INDOOR: Ran in three meets.

Set a personal best of 4:01.49 in the mile run at the Larry Wieczorek Invite.
Competed in The American Championships mile run, placing fourth with a time of 4:08.40.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets.

Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional, finished with a time of 29:42.0, placing third overall and earning All-Midwest region honors.
Placed 23^rd overall with a finishing time of 29.25.7 in the NCAA Championship to earn All-America honors.

2021-22
OUTDOOR: Ran in one meet.

Finished seventh in the 5,000m run with a time of 13:46.45 at the Stanford Invite.

INDOOR: Ran in four meets.

Was an American Athletic Conference all-conference honoree in the Distance Medley Relay.
Set a personal best of 4:02 in the mile run preliminaries at the Arkansas Invitational.
Won the 3,000m run at the Washburn Open with a time of 8:00.39.
Also won the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:52.30.
At the Windy City Invite, won with a personal best of 7:56.32 in the 3,000m run.
Competed in the AAC Championships, placed fourth in the Mile run with a time of 4:06.14 and sixth in the 3,000m run with a time of 8:06.30.
Also won Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:39.90.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets.

Competed in the AAC Championships, finished with a time of 24:02.2 for fifth place overall.
At the Midwest Regional, clocked a time of 30:49.44 for 21^st place overall.
Competed in the DI NCAA Championships, finished with a time of 30:34.6.

2020-21

CROSS COUNTRY: Raced in all three meets.

Was an all-conference honoree and was named The American Freshman of the Year.
Recorded a 10^th place finish with a time of 24:43.36 in The American Athletic Conference Championship.
Had a time of 25:47.6 for 17^th place at the OSU Winter Open.
Finished 157^th in a time of 32:18.5 at the NCAA Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL:

Was a two-year letterwinner in soccer and hurling at St. Kierans College in Kilkenny.
A five-time Irish Schools Cross Country medalist.
Was the Irish U18 cross country champion in 2018 and the Irish U20 3,000-meter champion in 2019.
Recorded four national titles, four national silver medals and four national bronze medals during his high school career.
