CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in two meets … his best performance came at the Cowboy Preview 5K where he finished in 15:34.7 for 5th place on the team and 35th overall.
2021-22
OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets … set a personal best of 9:09.34 in the 3,000m Steeple at the Drake Relays … competed in the AAC Championships, recorded a personal best of 15:20.77 in the 5,000m run … also placed 4th in the 3,000m Steeple with a time of 9:10.85.
INDOOR: Ran in four meets … recorded a personal best of 2:28.48 in the 1,000m run at the Arkansas Invitational … at the Washburn Open, set a best of 4:13.22 in the mile run … clocked a personal best of 1:55.68 in the 800m dash at the Windy City Invite … competed in the AAC Championships, clocked a time of 1:54 in the 800m dash preliminaries … placed 6th in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:21.37.
