Maura Moore is a dynamic two-way player for the Golden Hurricane, excelling both at the plate and in the pitching circle. Known for her leadership and tenacity, Moore has quickly become one of Tulsa’s most valuable players, making an immediate impact as a freshman and setting records for both offensive and defensive contributions.

2023 | SOPHMORE SEASON | TULSA
-36 appearances, with 31 starts
-Posted a 15-13 record, tossing 183.2 innings with 15 complete games, seven shutouts and two no-hitters
-Recorded a 2.90 ERA while striking out 113 batters and holding opponents to a .232 average
-Tossed first no-hitter in the home opener against Tarleton State (3/3) in a six-inning win
-Threw the 24th no-hitter in program history and second of her season in a win over Memphis (4/1), allowing just two base runners and striking out 11
-Named The American Pitcher of the Week, American Athletic Conference Championship All-Tournament team, and The American All-Academic Team.
2022 | FRESHMAN SEASON | CROWDER COLLEGE
-Named Second-Team All-America by the NFCA and third-team NJCAA All-American by the NJCAA Division I Softball Committee
-Appeared in 30 games and started 26 contests on the pitching mound
-Posted a 12-3 record and had three saves
-Totaled a 1.50 ERA and threw 189 strikeouts to just 32 walks in 140 innings
-Named the Region 16 Pitcher of the Year.

-Began her varsity career with a .622 batting average as a freshman
-Hit .456 her sophomore season with 24 RBI and six home runs
-Had a 1.75 ERA in three mound appearances her freshman season
