Diane McPheeters was named to the position of co-director of football operations at The University of Tulsa in January 2019, and handles internal operations for the Golden Hurricane football program.
Left the prgoram following the 2021 season.

McPheeters came to Tulsa following two years as the assistant athletic director for the Tyler Independent School District, where she was responsible for game day operations for the sports of football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball and track & field. She also coordinated daily business activities, transportation logistics and football ticket sales.

Before that, McPheeters spent 10 years at Baylor University, where she began her career as assistant athletic director for operations and events. She also served as assistant to the head football coach, director of recruiting and football operations.

McPheeters earned her bachelor’s degree in health fitness studies in 2005 and her master’s degree in sport management in 2007, both from Baylor University.
