2023-24
CROSS COUNTRY: Was one of four Tulsa men to race in all five meets.
  • Placed second on the team and fourth overall at the Cowboy Preview (5,000m) in 15:12.4.
  • Finished first on the team and 23rd overall in 24:08.73 at the Loyola Lakefront Invite (8,000m).
  • Completed the 8,000m course at the Nuttycombe Invitational in 24:31.8, finishing second on the team and 127th overall.
  • Was TU’s first finisher and the fourth-place runner at the AAC Championships (8,000m), bringing home all-conference honors and AAC Cross Country Freshman of the Year as a redshirt-freshman.
  • Led Tulsa with a 12th place finish in the Midwest Regionals, navigating the 10,000m course in 30:29.1 to earned All-Midwest Region honors.
 
2022-23
OUTDOOR: Ran in two meets.
  • Clocked a personal best of 3:59.37 in the Shocker Invitational 1500m run, placing fifth.
  • Took first place for his first career win in the KT Woodman Classic with a time of 14:15.13 in the 5,000m run.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in one meet.
  • Experienced his first D1 meet at the Chili Pepper Festival, clocked a time of 25:02.4.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:
  • A six-time letterwinner in cross country and track and one-time letterwinner in swimming.
  • An all-district and all-state selection in 2020 and 2021.
  • 2020 and 2021 XC Conference Champion.
  • A 3200m State Champion.
