CROSS COUNTRY: Was one of four Tulsa men to race in all five meets.
- Finished seventh overall and third on the team in 15:16.2 at the Cowboy Preview (5,000m) to help TU finish second overall.
- Completed the 8,000m course at the Loyola Lakefront Invite in 24:02.42 as an individual runner.
- Clocked a 24:36.1 finish at the Nuttycombe Invitational, finishing third on the team and 137th overall.
- Helped the Hurricane men to their 10th consecutive AAC title, finishing the 8,000m conference championship course eighth overall and third on the team in 23:09.6 to earn all-conference honors.
- Navigated the 10,000m course at the Midwest Regional in 31:05.2 to finish third on the team and 20th overall, earning All-Midwest Region honors.
2022-23
OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets.
- Took third place in the 3,000m at the Shocker Invitational with a time of 8:26.82, setting a personal best.
- Placed third with a time of 14:06.62 in the Drake Relays 5,000m.
- Clocked 31:44.69 in the AAC Championships 10,000m run, placing seventh.
- Set a personal best of 4:18.89 in the mile run during the Arkansas Invitational.
- Placed second in the Wichita State Invite 3,000m run, with a time of 8:39.68.
- Ran a 14:44.08 in the 5,000m during the Division 1 Challenge, placing fourth.
- Finished the Cowboy Jamboree 8K in 24:32.1 to finish fifth on the team and 60th overall.

- At the Joe Walker Invite, posted a personal best time of 14:23.21 in the 5,000m run.
- Was eighth in the 5,000m run at The American Championship.
- At the Wichita State Invite, recorded times of 4:24.29 and 8:39.68 in the mile run and 3,000m run, respectively.
- Recorded a time of 14:44.08 at the Division I Challenge.
