2018 (Outdoor): Suited up for Tulsa in the 400 meters and 800 meters … set an 800-meter personal best at the Bryan Clay Invitational, running a brisk 1:49.02 for fifth overall … added a 400m PR at TU’s own Tulsa Duels, running the race in 49.74 … placed top-five in five of his seven races of the outdoor season.
2018 (Indoor): Did not appear in any meets.
2017 (Outdoor): Won the Arkansas Twilight with a time of 1:50.96 in the 800-meters … set a personal-best 1:50.74 in the 800-meters in The American Outdoor Championships, where he placed third … placed second at the Arkansas Spring meet and the John Jacobs Invitational, both in the 800-meters.
2017 (Indoor): Placed second in the 600-meters at Arkansas Invitational, with a time of 1:19.76 … finished sixth at The American Indoor Championships in the 800-meters with a time of 1:52.86.
2016 (Indoor): Placed third in the 600-meters at the Arkansas Invitational.
2015 (Indoor): Finished fourth at The American Indoor Championships in the 800-meters with a time of 1:51.10 … part of the 4x400-meter relay team that took runner-up at the conference meet.
High School: A three-year letterwinner in track and field at Edmond Memorial High School … led his cross country team to the Class 6A state runner-up finish in 2013 … four-time all-state selection … won state championships in the 4x800 relay twice, the 4x400 relay, and the 800-meter run … was a two-time All-Mid-State Conference selection … also earned a letter in basketball.
