A three-time academic all-conference selection, a three-time state track qualifier, an all-conference performer and a one-time medalist in the Oklahoma state track championships.

Son of Shane and Debbie Williams.
Has one sibling, Nick.
His mother, Debbie, was a track and cross country letterwinner at Tulsa (1995-97) while brother Nick was a track and cross country runner at Rogers State.
Started running cross country and track at the age of four.

His favorite artist is Juice WRLD.
His favorite professional athlete is Kemba Walker.
Is majoring in exercise and sports science on the pre-med track at Tulsa.
