CAREER AT TULSA:Â Played in 44 matches and 157 sets in two seasons ... Finished with 303 career assists (1.93 a/set) and 231 digs (1.47 dig/s)
AS A SOPHOMORE:Â Ayers started five matches and played in 31 sets, after playing the first four matches of the season as the starting setter... She totaled 286 assists (9.23 a/s) and seven service aces... Her 65 assists against IUPUI and her 56 assists against Evansville were the second and third highest totals this season for TU.
AS A FRESHMAN:Â Played in 126 games, including 35 matches with two starts . . . played mostly in the back row . . . posted four double-digit dig performances on the year . . . led the team in digs once with 13 against UCF . . . also reached double-figures with 11 digs against Marshall and UAB; and 10 digs vs. Stephen F. Austin.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â A four-year letterwinner at Plano East High School . . . finished as the all-time leader for career assists for the Panthers . . . also holds school records for most starts and most matches along with most assists in a single match . . . as senior, was a Dallas Morning News "Player to Watch", in addition to one of prepvolleyball.com's Top 250 Seniors . . . served as a co-captain in 2006, while earning team MVP honors for the second consecutive year . . . was a two-time first-team all-district honoree, while earning second-team honors twice as well . . . was twice named team MVP for Victory Volleyball Club, in addition to the Victory Inspirational Award . . . was a member of the 2004 North Texas Your High Performance Team, as well as a member of the Junior Olympic National 15 America All-Tournament Team . . . in 2005 received an invitation to the USA High Performance Development Camp.
