Schnea Nealy has served as The University of Tulsa's associate athletic director for student success since October 2022.Â
Nealy was named to the Tulsa academic staff in June 2001 after earning her bachelor's degree at Tulsa. She was named as an assistant athletic director for academic & student services in June 2014 and was promoted to associate athletic director for student-athlete development in May 2019.
In addition to her academic responsibilities, Nealy also coordinated community outreach activities, arranging speakers for personal development workshops and assisting student-athletes in career placement opportunities.Â
Before that, she was employed at the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League where she was a youth program advisor. She also served as a Human Resources training analyst at Sabre, Inc.
Nealy is a 2012 graduate of the National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A) Professional Development Institute (PDI). Nealy is also a certified and active member of the N4A and a member of National Association of Collegiate Women Athletics Administrators (NACWAA).
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, she earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication in 1997 and a master's degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology in 2000, both from The University of Tulsa.
