Tulsa Women Golfers Ranked Sixth Nationally

MasterCard Gollegiate Golf Rankings have Prammanasudh currently ranked No. 3 nationally.

In the preseason edition of the MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings, The University of Tulsa women's golf team is ranked sixth nationally. Tulsa's two-time first-team All-American Stacy Prammanasudh is ranked third individually in the national rankings.

Arizona, the defending national champion, is ranked first followed by Stanford, Duke, USC and Auburn rounding out the top-five teams. Tulsa is followed by Texas, fellow WAC member San Jose State, Georgia and Louisiana State as the teams ranked among the top-10.

USC's Candi Kung is the nation's top-ranked golfer followed by Arizona's Cristina Baena.

The rankings are administered by the College Golf Foundation in cooperation with the Golf Coaches Association of America. The next edition of the MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings will be released on October 4, 2000.
