Tulsa Unveils 2026-27 Women’s Golf Schedule

TULSA, Okla. – Coming off back-to-back NCAA Regional appearances and consecutive American Conference Championships, University of Tulsa women's golf head coach Mike Roters has announced the Golden Hurricane's 2026-27 schedule, a slate that features some of the nation's premier events and championship-caliber courses.
 
In his third season leading the program, Roters has assembled a schedule that will test the Golden Hurricane against elite competition across the country and features multiple nationally recognized tournaments and championship venues.
 
The journey begins at Chambers Bay (Sept. 14-15) at the Leadership & Golf Invitational hosted by Seattle University and Washington. Chambers Bay is one of the top public courses in American and it also hosted the 2015 U.S. Open.
 
For the sixth straight season, Tulsa will make the trip to Norman, Okla., to participate in the Schooner Fall Classic, hosted by Oklahoma. The competition will take place from Sept. 19-21 at Belmar Golf Club.
 
The Golden Hurricane will then travel to the Windy City to participate in the Windy City Collegiate Classic hosted by Northwestern. The event will take place at Lake Shore Country Club. Tulsa concludes the fall when they host Route 66 Invitational Honoring Dale McNamara on Oct. 19-20 at the Golf Club of Oklahoma.  
 
For the second straight season, TU opens the spring slate in Guadalajara, Mexico. They will participate in the Collegiate Invitational at the Guadalajara Country Club on January 29-30.
 
In February the Golden Hurricane play in Melbourne, Fla. when they participate in the Moon Golf Invitational on Feb. 14-16 at the Suntree Country Club. From Feb. 22-23, TU heads west to California to participate in the Bruin Wave Invitational. This will be held at Valencia Country Club in Santa Clarita, Calif. and hosted by UCLA.
 
Tulsa will hit the course for two tournaments in March, starting with the Briars Creek Invitational in Charleston, S.C. They will play at The Golf Club of Briars Creek on March 15-16. The last time TU played at this tournament was during the 2024-25 season.
 
The Golden Hurricane will close out March by playing in the Charles Schwab Invitational. Tulsa will also compete at historic Colonial Country Club, home of the PGA TOUR's Charles Schwab Challenge on March 22-23.  
 
The regular season concludes at the "Mo" Morial Invitational hosted by Texas A&M. The event will run from April 5-6 at Traditions Golf Club.
 
The Golden Hurricane look to three-peat at the American Conference Championship that will be announced at a later date.  
 
The NCAA Regional competition runs from May 10-12 with the top 30 teams and select individuals advancing to Carlsbad, Calif., for the NCAA Championships at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa (May 21-26).
 
TU has advanced to the NCAA Regional competition in five of the last six years.
