Salinas, California - Junior All-American Stacy Prammanasudh shot a first round even-par 72 to pace The University of Tulsa at the San Jose State Spartan Invitational in Salina, Calif., at the Corral de Tierra Country Club.
Tulsa carded an 11-over par 299 today and is in a fourth-place tie with Oklahoma State and Washington. New Mexico State leads after day one with a one-under par 287 score, followed by Arizona State's 290 and Pepperdine's 298.
Hurricane freshman Suzie Fisher carded a one-over par 73 for ninth place, while sophomore Maiko Senda's 76 is good for 26th place. Junior Dani Mallon scored a 78 for 44th place, while redshirt freshman Laura Dillon carded an 80 in her first collegiate tournament.
New Mexico State has three golfers occupying the first three-places, as Alena Sharp and Rachel Bailey are co-leaders after rounds of two-under par 70 on Monday.
Play will resume on Tuesday with another 18 holes, and conclude on Wednesday.
