WAC Announces Women's Basketball All-Academic Team

Tulsa, Okla. - The 2002-03 academic All-Western Athletic Conference women's basketball team has been announced.
Emily Jaskowiak and Alyssa Shriver, along with 15 other student-athletes from across the WAC were named to the women's all-WAC academic team. This marks the first selection to the team for Jaskowiak, who maintains a 3.53 gpa in Speech Pathology, while Shriver, who earned the honor for the second straight year, posts a 3.58 gpa in Communications.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must have completed at least one academic year, have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the team's contests.
