Tulsa's Glenn Named to WAC's All-Defensive Team

Denver, Colorado - University of Tulsa senior forward Jarius Glenn was named to the Western Athletic Conference's all-defensive team as selected by the league's coaches, it was announced today.
Glenn, 6'6", was named to the WAC's all-defensive team for the second consecutive season. It marks the 10th time that Tulsa has had an all-defensive selection in the WAC.
On the season, Glenn tallied 32 steals and blocked 16 shots. He is the only WAC player to lead his team in three statistical categories this year, including scoring (17.1), rebounding (6.2) and assists (3.5).
Glenn is the fourth Tulsa player to be named to the WAC's all-defensive team for multiple years. Eric Coley and Dante Swanson each earned the honor twice, while Michael Ruffin was a three-time all-defensive team selection.
Tulsa will play in the first round of the WAC Tournament on Tuesday night against Boise State at 8:30 pm (PT)/10:30 pm (CT). The winner will advance to play top-seed Nevada on Thursday at 8:30 pm (PT)/10:30 pm (CT).
