TU Men's Tennis Team Heads to WAC Championship

Achim Roth and the Golden Hurricane men's tennis team heads to Hawaii for the WAC Championships.

The No. 48-ranked University of Tulsa men's tennis team travels to Honolulu, Hawaii for the WAC Championships, April 22-24. Tulsa is 2-1 against conference opponents this season, and 14-10 overall.

The Golden Hurricane, the number four seed, will face number five seed, No. 65-ranked Fresno State, at 2 p.m. Central Standard Time, Friday, April 22, in the quarterfinals. Tulsa defeated Fresno State earlier this season at the Blue-Gray Classic, 4-2.

At the 2004 WAC Championships, the Tulsa men's tennis team finished third.
