TU Women Golfers in 11th Place at The Landfall Tradition

Junior Leisl Hasbrouck still remains as Tulsa's top golfer after two rounds at The Landfall Tradition.

Wilmington, NC - The University of Tulsa women's golf team is in 11th place after two rounds at The Landfall Tradition. The Hurricane carded a round of 329 today and has a 647 total at the par-72 Country Club of Landfall.

Virginia vaulted past Michigan to take the lead heading into Sundays final round with a score of 295 today for a 596 36-hole total. Rounding out the top-5 teams are Michigan State (607), New Mexico (611), Michigan and Ohio State (615).

Tulsa's Michaela Cavener had the best round of the day for the Hurricane with her second straight round of 78. Her 156 two round total is good for 22nd place. Fellow junior Leisl Hasbrouck is in 17th place overall with a 154 total after her round of 80 today.

Sophomore Ashleigh Odgers is in 51st place followed by junior Tara Godeken is 43rd place. Freshman Livia Amado is in 59th place for the tournament.

Individually, Michigan State's Sara Brown leads the field after a three-under par 69 on Saturday for a one-under par 143 total.

Play at The Landfall Tradition will conclude on Sunday with the final 18 holes.
