Conference USA Men's Tennis Tournament Central
Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's men's tennis team's will be the top seed at the 2007 Conference USA Men's Tennis Championships April 20-22 in Houston, Texas.
The Hurricane, ranked No. 21 in the latest Fila/ITA national rankings, will face the No. 8 seed East Carolina at 11 a.m.
They are on the same side of the bracket with No. 4 seed UAB and No. 5 seed UCF who will play each other at 8 a.m. on April 20.
The tournament's host, Rice, is the No. 2 seed and will take on No. 7 seed Memphis at 1 p.m. for the chance to play the winner of the No. 3 seed SMU and No. 6 seed Southern Miss match which will be at 4 p.m.
The semifinals will be played on April 21 with one match at noon and the other at 3 p.m. The final will be on April 22 at noon.
The Hurricane leads a total of three C-USA schools in the national rankings this week with Rice checking in at No. 30 and SMU at No. 48.
