
Tulsa Men’s Tennis Team Competes In Four-Team Tournament In Illinois

TULSA, Okla. – The University of Tulsa men's tennis team travels to Champaign, Ill. to take on No. 25-ranked Northwestern on Friday, Jan. 22, at the Akins Tennis Center. Depending on the outcome of the first match the Golden Hurricane could take on No. 7-ranked Illinois or No. 36-ranked Notre Dame on Saturday, Jan. 23.
The No. 24-ranked Golden Hurricane goes into their second weekend of competition with an overall 2-0 record, including a top-25 win over No. 21-ranked Cal.
In their first match, Tulsa will see three Northwestern players ranked among the top-55 nationally in singles play, and will take on a doubles team ranked No. 52.
