Tulsa Men’s Soccer Team Hosts Oral Roberts at ONEOK Field on Tuesday

The Tulsa men's soccer team will host crosstown rival Oral Roberts on Tuesday, October 23 beginning at 7:00 pm at ONEOK Field in downtown Tulsa.

Tickets for the match are $12 for reserved seats and $7 for the grass lawns. Roughnecks season ticket and suite holders will receive complimentary tickets to the match as part of their 2018 ticket packages.

In addition, both TU and ORU students will receive free tickets to the game by presenting their student IDs at the ticket windows.

Tickets can be purchase in advance or on the night of the match at the ONEOK Field Ticket Office. Fans attending the match can enter through either the Arvest Entrance or the Oil Derrick Entrance, located off Elgin Avenue. Stadium gates will open at 6:00 pm.

Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on TulsaHurricane.com/watch. There is a 24HR Pass, a Monthly Pass and Yearly Pass that allow you to watch all TU home men's and women's soccer, volleyball and softball games depending on the package purchased.

Tulsa has a 4-8-2 overall record, including a 3-4-2 mark in non-conference games. The Golden Hurricane is led by Gilles Kuhler with four goals, while Chase Bromstedt has added three scores. Bryson Reed and Cooper Clark have split time in goal for a 1.40 GAA, a 0.753 saves percentage, three shutouts and 64 saves.

Oral Roberts has a 6-4-3 record this season, including a 6-3-1 mark in non-conference games. Dante Brigida and Junior Chavez both have a team-best six goals on the year to lead the Golden Eagles. Nicolas Mertzokat and Miles Motakef have combined for a 1.14 GAA, a 0.814 saves percentage, three shutouts and 70 saves on the year.

Tulsa has a 21-2-1 lead in the all-time series with Oral Roberts, but the teams battled to a 3-3 double-overtime tie in their last meeting in 2016.
