
Tulsa’s Chase Bromstedt and Gilles Kuhler Earn American Athletic Conference Honors

Bromstedt, a sophomore midfielder from Parkville, Mo., tallied team bests of four goals, six assists and 14 points, while also attempting a team-high 38 shots. He ranked third in assists, seventh in points, eighth in goals and 10th in shots among the league's best.
A freshman forward from North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, Kuhler also netted a team-leading four goals, two of which were game winners, while adding one assist for nine points. He ranked fifth in game-winning goals and eighth in goals among the league's best. Kuhler had 21 shot attempts, 11 of which were on goal, for a 0.524 shots-on-goal percentage. He was a two-time American Athletic Conference Rookie of the Week selection, picking up the honors on September 3 and October 15.
