Catching Up with Golf Coach Annie Young

One of the newest members of the athletic staff at The University of Tulsa is women's golf coach Annie Young. She was named to the position on June 18, coming from Colorado State University. Young returns to Oklahoma, where she played collegiately at Oklahoma State University. Young became one of the most decorated players in OSU women's golf history, earning All-America honors in 2003 and 2005. She was a first-team selection in 2005, while also earning Big 12 Conference Player of the Year accolades that season.

Young began her coaching career at her alma mater in 2008 following a professional career. She also coached at Cal State Northridge and for the last five years at Colorado State.
