Tulsa’s Lorena Tseng Places 3rd at the Juli Inkster Meadow Club Collegiate

FAIRFAX, Calif. – Tulsa freshman sensation Lorena Tseng had her fifth top-5 finish in eight tournaments this season as she finished in third-place at the Juli Inkster Meadow Club Collegiate Tuesday afternoon.
Tseng carded a final round 73 to finish at 3-over par 213 for the 54-hole tournament at the par-72 Meadow Club. As a team, Tulsa turned in a final round score of 301 for an 877 total to finish in fifth place overall. Rutgers won the tournament with a score of 868.
Tulsa senior Johanna Samuelsson had a score of 78 for a 221 total and 16th place and was followed by sophomore Taylor Dobson in 26th place with a score of 223. Freshman Sammy Liu placed 35th with a score of 225, while fellow freshman ShaeLee Scarberry placed 57th after a round of 77 today for a 231 total.
Playing as an individual was Tulsa freshman Jasmine Zhang, who finished in 46th place with a 228-total score.
Tulsa is in action next at the Bryan National Collegiate, March 29-31.
