PROVIDENCE, R.I. – University of Tulsa men's tennis senior Majed Kilani was named to the American Athletic Conference Singles All-Conference Team, the conference has announced on Thursday.

The laurel marks his second-straight singles all-conference nod, also taking the selection in his junior season. The honor also signifies the third time Kilani has been named to the AAC all-conference squad, earning a doubles nod his sophomore year with teammate Or-Ram Harel.

Kilani boasted a 12-10 record atop the singles lineup for the Golden Hurricane in the dual season. Including the fall, the Tunisia native nabbed seven victories over ranked opponents, earning two ranked wins over top-35 players at the ITA All-American Championship in Tulsa.

During his historic career at Tulsa, Kilani is ranked just outside the program's all-time top-10 with 70 singles wins, needing three to tie No. 10.

This week, the senior was announced as an alternate for the NCAA Men's Singles Championship for the second-consecutive year. If selected, Kilani will compete against the nation's best from May 20-25 in Florida at the USTA National Campus.
