Tulsa’s Lorena Tseng Finishes Second Round Play at NCAA Regional

NORMAN, Okla. – Tulsa's Lorena Tseng opened second round action of the NCAA Women's Golf Championship Norman Regional with a birdie putt on the par-4 10th hole, but ended the day with a 6-over par 78 at the par-72 Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club
Tseng will enter Wednesday's final round with a 153 score for the first 36 holes which puts her in a 63rd place tie. On Tuesday, her opening hole birdie putt was the only of the day for the Hurricane freshman.
The Norman Regional is one of four regional tournaments as each one includes 18 teams and six individuals. At the conclusion of the four regional events, a total of 24 teams and 12 individuals, including the top-6 teams and 3 individuals from each region, will advance to the national championships to be played May 17-22 at Blessings Golf Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
