TULSA, Okla. - The University of Tulsa volleyball team has added its fifth newcomer to the 2020 class, as Kylie Trefflich has transferred to Tulsa from Texas Tech, it was announced today by Golden Hurricane Head Coach Ryan Wills.

"Adding Kylie to this group is a great addition," Wills said. "Her work ethic and consistency on and off the court will make us better. Kylie is a first-class individual that will represent Tulsa volleyball in a positive way."

The 5-foot-11 outside hitter spent just one season with the Red Raiders. She played in 21 sets and compiled 38 kills, while totaling a season-high 11 kills against Oklahoma.

Trefflich was a three-time letterwinner at Canyon High School in New Braunfels, Texas. As a senior, she helped the Unicorns reach the Regional Quarterfinal of the UIL 6A State Tournament with an impressive 36-13 overall record. She earned First Team All-District 27-6A honors as a senior and was a three-time Academic All-District team selection.
