THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– Tulsa sophomore Lorena Tseng won her second career tournament on Tuesday after scoring a 5-under par 67 in final round action for a 7-under par 209 total at the 54-hole ICON Invitational.

The Hurricane women moved up three spots into 7th place from Monday to end the tournament with an identical score to yesterday's 286 second round total, thus finishing the event at The Woodlands Country Club Tournament Course with a score of 875. Unranked Tulsa finished ahead of No. 20-ranked Virginia Tech, No. 23 Texas Tech and No.32 Houston.

Tseng sat two strokes out of first place at the start of the day. After going 1-over par through her first 4 holes, holes 7 through 11 in the shotgun start, Tseng birdied 5 of her next 8 holes for a 4-under score going into her 13th hole, which was Hole No. 1.  She shot even-par for 5 straight holes before ending the round with her 6th birdie of the day on the par-5, 548-yard 6th hole.

The victory marks Tseng's 5th top-10 finish this year and her first career win since a 13-under par score last season at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown.
