
Tulsa Names Mikayla Tatman as Assistant Golf Coach

TULSA, Okla. –– Mikayla Tatman was named assistant women's golf coach at The University of Tulsa, golf coach Annie Young announced today.
Tatman comes to Tulsa following two years as an assistant coach at the University of Denver. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Tatman was responsible for event management of the annual Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate.
Tatman played her collegiate golf for Young at Colorado State University from 2011-16. She finished her career with the 10th best stroke average in school history at 77.96, while earning Mountain West scholar-athlete accolades and WGCA All-American Scholar honors for three seasons.
Before her coaching stint began at Denver, Tatman was a staff instructor and junior golf leader for ExperienceGolf in Aurora, Colorado. She also worked an internship at the Colorado Golf Association in 2017.
Tatman received her bachelor's degree in human development and family studies from Colorado State in 2016. She has been working on her master's degree in sport and performance psychology at the University of Denver.
