TULSA, Okla. ― On the opening day of the ITA All-American Championships, Tulsa's Matthan Tharakan and Tom Thelwall-Jones dropped their opening matches at the Case Tennis Center.
During the round of 256, Georgia Tech's Chen Dong defeated Thelwall-Jones 6-0, 6-2 this morning, while UT Arlington's Alan Sau defeated Tharakan 6-4, 6-3.
The ITA All-American Championship continues throughout the day and will run until October 10.
