Tulsa Women’s Soccer Hosts Houston for Senior Night on Thursday

The Tulsa women's soccer team will conclude their season on Thursday, October 28 as they host Houston on Senior Night beginning at 7:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.
 
After the contest, TU will honor seniors Mia Darden, Addyson Guthrie, Emma Malsy and Georgia Vernardakis.
 
Tickets are $5 general admission and can be purchased at the north ticket gate, online at TulsaHurricane.com/tickets or by calling the TU Athletic Ticket Office at 918.631.4688. 
 
Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on ESPN+.  TU fans can subscribe to ESPN+ to watch select Golden Hurricane basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball games.  ESPN+ is offered at $6.99/month or $69.99/year.  To subscribe, go to plus.espn.com.  Fans will be able to access ESPN+ content only after they have subscribed.
 
The Golden Hurricane has a 6-8-2 overall record, including a 1-5-1 mark in American Athletic Conference play.  Isold Runarsdottir has a team-best six goals, while Megan Nielsen has four scores, Darden has three, and Liliana Fernandez and Emily Brandenburg both have two scores.  Malsy has logged 861 minutes between the posts, picked up 41 saves for a 0.695 saves percentage and allowed 18 goals for a 1.88 goals-against average, while Raegan Beeding has played 648 minutes between the posts, recorded 36 saves for a 0.818 saves percentage and allowed eight goals for a 1.11 GAA.
 
Houston, which is receiving votes in the latest United Soccer Coaches poll, has a 12-4-2 overall record, including a 4-2-1 mark in The American.  The Cougars are led by Nadia Kamassah with six goals, while Zionah Browne has four scores and a team-best seven assists for 15 points.  Mikaela Gracia has logged 1,592 minutes in goal, picked up 48 saves for a 0.762 saves percentage and allowed 15 goals for a 0.85 GAA.
 
Houston has a 6-5-3 lead in the all-time series over Tulsa.
