Tulsa’s Klopfer and Lund End Season at NCAA West Regional

Tulsa women's track and field participants Caitlin Klopfer and Ali Lund ended their seasons at the NCAA West Regional at E.B. Cushing Stadium in Bryan-College Station, Texas.
Klopfer recorded a time of 35:02.97 in the 10,000m run for 18th place. Klopfer had a season-best time of 33:33.86 in the event set at the Hayward Premiere on April 2.
Lund had a throw of 43.85m (143'10") in the javelin for a 38th-place finish. Her season-best came at the American Athletic Conference Championships earlier in May.
Isaac Akers and Patrick Dever will race in the 5,000m run on Friday, while Ashley Barnes and Katharina Pesendorfer will compete in the 3,000m steeplechase on Saturday at the NCAA West Regional.
