Tulsa Pair Named to The American’s All-Conference Team

Kody Pearson and Connor Di Marco earned all-conference honors



IRVING, Texas –– The University of Tulsa men's tennis student-athletes Kody Pearson and Connor Di Marco earned all-conference accolades, it was announced today by the American Athletic Conference.
 
Pearson was named to both the singles and doubles all-conference teams. He has compiled a 13-8 record this season from the No. 1 singles position, including a 3-2 mark against ranked opponents.
 
He and doubles teammate Connor Di Marco received conference recognition in doubles. The duo posted a 13-7 overall record and a 3-4 mark against opponents ranked among the ITA's top-60, including wins over the 24th-ranked teams from TCU and Oklahoma State. The tandem is ranked 41st nationally in the latest ITA poll.
 
Pearson currently sits 50th nationally and will represent Tulsa at the NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Singles Championship, May 23-28, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla.
