Tulsa’s Fazio and Torrijos Named to National Teams of the Week

Tulsa's Mariano Fazio was tabbed to the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week and Alvaro Torrijos was selected to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week, as announced by their respective publications.

The duo helped Tulsa record a 3-0 win over Memphis last week and move to 7-2-2 on the season.

Fazio scored a goal for Tulsa in the 54^th minute and helped anchor a defense that allowed just three shots. Fazio had two shots, both of which were on goal, and recorded his first goal of the season and fourth of his career.

Torrijos assisted on the first two goals, coming in the 36^th and 54^th minutes, and then scored a goal in the 61^st minute. This was Torrijos' first goal of the season and third of his career.
