Tulsa Trio Named to Top Drawer Soccer Midseason Top-100 Players List

Top Drawer Soccer announced their Midseason Top-100 Players list, but all three Tulsa players named are among the top-13, including #2 Alex Meinhard, #6 Mariano Fazio and #13 Alex Lopez. The trio have helped the Golden Hurricane post a 7-2-2 overall record this season.
Meinhard, a junior forward from Tartu, Estonia, has tallied five goals on the season, and has a team-best three assists and 13 points while missing two games due to injury. He ranks 24th in shot accuracy (0.579), 26th in points per game (1.44), 43rd in goals per game (0.56), 86th in total goals (5), 87th in shots on goal per game (1.22) and 94th in total points (13) in the nation.
A senior defender from Sevilla, Spain, Fazio has tallied one goal and one assist for three points this season, while helping record six shutouts.
Lopez, a sophomore from Madrid, Spain, has logged 900 minutes between the posts, registered 31 saves for a 0.775 saves percentage and allowed nine goals for a 0.90 goals-against average. He ranks 21st in shutouts (5), 45th in saves percentage, 46th in goals-against average, 118th in saves per game (3.10), 120th in goalie minutes played and 125th in totals saves.
