Tulsa Sits in 14th Place at Mountain View Collegiate

SADDLEBROOKE, Ariz. –– The Tulsa women golfers sit in 14th place after second round action at the Mountain View Collegiate. The Hurricane shot 291 on Saturday, nine strokes better than first round play, for a 36-hole total of 591 at the par-72 Mountain View Golf Club.
 
Tulsa's Lilly Thomas carded a score of 73 and sits in 43rd place with a 146 score.  Freshman Sydney Seigel carded Tulsa's best round of the day with a 2-under par 70 for a 147 total. She sits in a 47th-place tie with fellow freshman Lovisa Gunnar, also at 147 after today's score of 75
 
Senior Haley Greb turned in a round of 73 and her 151 score is good for 64th place, while fellow senior Lorena Tseng is in 88th place with a total of 164.
 
San Jose State leads the field with a score of 24-under par 552 after totaling a round of 275 on Saturday.
 
The final 18 holes will be played on Sunday.
