Tulsa Rowing Ready to Race at Sunshine Invitational

The Tulsa rowing team returns to action on Friday and Saturday, March 31 and April 1, at the Sunshine State Invitational in Sarasota, Fla. TU will race a Varsity 8+, 2nd Varsity 8+ and Varsity 4+ boat in the regatta with Heats on Friday and Finals on Saturday.
TU will take on Stetson, Kansas, Louisville, Miami and Drexel in all three events in the Heats.
"After some quick racing at the Doc Hosea Invitational in New Jersey, we are headed to Sarasota, Fla., this weekend for the Sunshine Invite," Interim Head Coach Olivia Staff said. "This weekend we are looking to see who can really commit and take advantage of every racing opportunity that we have. There are people on the team who are showing consistency and the ability to lead by example, and we hope to see that come out in the racing this weekend against some close competition."
