
Tulsa’s Bittle and Crawford Named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team

Tulsa women's basketball players Maddie Bittle and Delanie Crawford were tabbed to the 2022‐23 Academic All‐District® Women's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators.
This honor recognizes the nation's top student‐athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Academic All‐District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All‐America® ballot. First‐, second and third‐team Academic All‐America® honorees will be announced in mid‐March.
A super senior guard from Bixby, Okla., Bittle earned her bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science in May 2022 and is working on her master's degree. She had a 3.67 GPA while earning her undergraduate degree and maintains a 3.81 GPA in her master's classes. A five-time letterwinner, Bittle has started in 95 of 123 games. She has 42 double-figure scoring games and one double-figure rebounding contest in her career and has career averages of 7.6 points (931) and 3.1 rebounds (381).
Crawford, a sophomore guard from Piedmont, Okla., maintains a 3.58 GPA in business. A two-time letterwinner, Crawford has started in 29 of 53 games. She has one double-double, 24 double-digit scoring games and one double-figure rebounding contest in her career and has career averages of 9.3 points (493) and 4.6 rebounds (242).
