TU is coming off a week that saw the Hurricane draw with crosstown rivals ORU and then get handed a 3-0 road loss at Creighton. TU is seeking to get back in the win column for the first time in three games and start the conference slate on the right foot.

Despite getting outscored 12-6 on the season, the Hurricane has been more an aggressive team, outshooting opponents 69-52. Six different Hurricane have found the net in 2024 and Camilo Vargas leads the team with three points after a goal and an assist.

Freshman Carlito Saylon and senior Alex Lopez have evenly split the 540 minutes this season. Saylon has earned the start in the past two matches and has allowed seven goals and made eight saves. Lopez has five goals against and nine saves in his three games.

Memphis battled SIUE to a 1-1 draw in their last game, a rematch of their NCAA Tournament match last season. Anthony DiFalco scored his first career goal in the draw, earning a weekly conference honor roll selection. Lleyton Imparato, Logan Longo and Luciano Galizzi all have at least two goals season. Imparato leads the Tigers with three goals and his pair of assists gives him a team-leading eight points this season.

Following Tulsa's conference opener with Memphis, Tulsa will head on the road to face Kansas City on Tuesday. Kickoff is set for 7 that evening.
