TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa men's soccer team and Head Coach Tom McIntosh, in his 31st year at the helm, are thrilled to announce the official 19-game schedule to be played this fall.
The Golden Hurricane will be home for 12 contests at the Hurricane Soccer Stadium and hit the road for seven games this year. With the addition of Missouri State to The American's men's soccer arsenal, the Golden Hurricane will have eight conference matchups and 11 nonconference contests throughout the season.
The American Championship will run from Nov. 7-15 at hosting campus sites for first-round action, while the top overall seed will host the semifinals and final.
The 2025 schedule has the Golden Hurricane facing off against five NCAA Tournament teams from a year ago, including SMU and Wake Forest in season-opening exhibitions, defending AAC Champion Charlotte, Summit League Champion Kansas City and MVC Regular-Season Champion Missouri State.

General admission and season tickets will be announced at a later date.
Nonconference Schedule
The Golden Hurricane will open their season with three consecutive exhibition contests, the first two of which are against Southwestern Christian (Aug. 6) and SMU (Aug. 9) at home in the Hurricane Soccer Stadium. TU's third and final exhibition will happen on the road against Wake Forest (Aug. 15).
Three straight home games will kick off the regular season for Tulsa. TU will take on California State University Northridge (CSUN) on Thursday, Aug. 21, for the regular-season opener and continue the homestand against Cal State Fullerton (Aug. 24) in a doubleheader with the Tulsa women's soccer team and Central Arkansas on Aug. 29.
September's nonconference opponents include Creighton (Sept. 1) on the road and Drake and California Baptist (CBU) at home on Sept. 6 and Sept. 16, respectively. The CBU game is sandwiched between the first two conference games of the season for TU.
The 2025 Mayor's Cup battle with Oral Roberts is set for Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the Case Soccer Complex on ORU's campus. It'll be the 30th all-time meeting in a series that Tulsa continues to dominate at 24-3-2.
TU's final nonconference tilt will be played against Kansas City in the second-to-last home game on Wednesday, Oct. 22.
The American Schedule
The first opponent on the conference docket for Tulsa is defending AAC Champion Charlotte on Friday, Sept. 12. The 49ers won last year's tournament as the No. 3 seed. Then, the Golden Hurricane will welcome South Florida (Sept. 21) at home before taking a trip east to Memphis (Sept. 27) to end the September slate.
Three of TU's four conference games in October will be played at home in front of the Reign 'Cane faithful, including UAB (Oct. 3), FIU (Oct. 18) and Missouri State (Oct. 29), all teams that evaded Tulsa in their home environments last year. The Golden Hurricane's only road conference contest is at Temple on Oct. 12.
Tulsa will conclude the 2025 regular season in Boca Raton, Fla., where they'll take on the Florida Atlantic Owls in the final push before The American Championship, which runs from Nov. 7-15.
