2017-18 — Saw action in all 31 games and started the final 23 contests of the season ... averaged 9.4 points and 5.1 rebounds per game, while he shot 52.9-percent from the floor, which ranked sixth in The American, and 72.0-percent at the free-throw line ... his 5.1 rpg ranked 18th in the conference ... scored in double-figures 15 times and recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds in a win over UConn (Jan. 3) ... his 10 rebounds in that game tied a career high, while he dropped a career-best 27 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the floor and an 11-of-13 effort from the free-throw line at Houston (Jan. 11) ... led the team in scoring and rebounding six times each ... shot 55-percent, which ranked fourth in the league, and averaged 11.3 points and 5.8 rebounds during conference play ... added 17 points and nine rebounds in a win over Tulane (Feb. 8) and also scored 17 points at Memphis (Jan. 20) ... shot 69.4-percent (25-of-36) over the final six games of the season ... also an NABC Give Back Team nominee for his work in the community.
 
2016-17 — Appeared in all 32 games with 17 starts and averaged 6.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game, while he shot 55.9-percent from the field in his rookie campaign … also hit five of his nine attempts from behind the arc (.556) … earned a spot in the starting lineup for the final 13 games of the season and averaged 9.4 points and 4.9 rebounds during that stretch … averaged 7.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game and shot 55.6-percent during conference action … led the team in scoring and rebounding twice each … named The American Rookie of the Week (Feb. 27) after he averaged 12.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in wins over USF (Feb. 23) and East Carolina (Feb. 26) … picked up the first double-double of his career with season highs of 19 points and 10 rebounds at Tulane (March 5) … scored in double-figures eight times, including seven times in the final nine games of the season … neared a double-double in his debut with 10 points and nine rebounds against Jacksonville State (Nov. 11).
 
HIGH SCHOOL –– Played all four years of high school at Covenant Christian Ministries Academy in Marietta, Ga. … averaged 19.5 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.0 blocks per game, and shot 52-percent from the field as a senior, leading his team to a 28-5 record … averaged 14.1 ppg as a junior and 10.9 ppg as a sophomore.
